HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
McKenzie Street
West Coast Civil Projects worked with a private contractor to deliver 18 new homes for Kāinga Ora in Levin. WCCP provided project management for the housing development, including town planning requirements, engineering design and supervision on a challenging site, co-ordination and monitoring of contractors, and management of the entire consent process.
WATER RETICULATION PIPE RENEWAL
Liverpool Street
West Coast Civil Projects provided project and civil contracts management to Tatana Contracting to deliver a $2.8m project replacing the potable water reticulation pipes along Liverpool Street, Levin. WCCP ensured that the project was successfully managed and delivered in accordance with the contract.
WASTEWATER SYSTEM RENEWAL
Cambridge Street
WCCP was the contracts supervisor for Tatana Contracting, delivering a $1.2m project replacing the wastewater system on Cambridge Street, Levin. Along with project and variations management, WCCP ensured that this measure and value contract was correctly and accurately documented to secure full and timely payment.
LIFESTYLE BLOCK SUBDIVISION
Peacock Glades
WCCP provided 3910 contracts review to the developers of the former Owlcatraz site in Shannon, which was turned from a tourist attraction into a subdivision of 11 lifestyle blocks. WCCP reviewed and amended the consent application, rewrote the 3910 contracts, and stepped into the project management role.
